Typical Day in Role
• Collect and accept requests from various external auditors via email or through “Confirmation.com” and
record these requests into an access type database for tracking purposes.
• Responsible for forwarding requests with financial information to various business lines within GWO,
following up on these requests, and responding to auditors, internal and external clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with the coordination of all internal and external audits within the reconciliation teams.
• Responsible for ensuring that all information requested is reviewed for accuracy, any discrepancies are followed up and/or escalated and finally returning requested information back to the requestor within prescribed timelines.
• Working on reports like daily stats, allocations, aging report, etc.
• Moderating start-of-day daily team huddles, on rotational basis, to discuss the day’s volumes, allocations, issues, if any.
• Follow up and provide frequent updates to the business lines, clients, and auditors upon request via email and/or online calls.
• Assemble metrics for management to keep track of incoming and outgoing audit confirmation requests.
• Understanding departmental and client needs while collaborating with our business partners to focus on building strong relationships and encourage positive experiences.
• Provide training, back up and assistance for all new team members.
• Understand how the client’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk.
• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader client relationships, systems, and knowledge.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 2-4 years as Business Analyst
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Prior Operations experience
• Prior Financial Institution Experience
Soft Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communications

Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
