Business Analyst – Senior
Hybrid, downtown Toronto- 3 days per week onsite 2 days remote
Security clearance needed – CRJMC
July start date – 9 month contract
Requirements:
The Consultant will be responsible for providing some or all of the following services:
1. Business Analysis and Design
2. Development/maintenance of documentation as per Methodology (UPM)
3. Incident management/support
The Consultant will also be responsible for providing the following services:
- Complete work as assigned
- Provide progress/status information to Client Management
- Comply with Client security procedures and practices
- Comply with Client Conflict of Interest, and Confidentiality Guidelines
- Provide skills / knowledge transfer to appropriate Client staff.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, translating business documents into technical specifications,
- Demonstrated experience presenting findings to both to client and to technical resources,
- Demonstrated experience in accounting principles /financial analysis,
- Demonstrated experience leading development/support teams supporting multi-dimensional and relational database and their applications for effective planning, budgeting, strategizing, and forecasting procedures,
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing complex applications utilizing Relational and multi-dimensional databases,
The Consultant must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal tactfully with people and have excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written.

knowledge of business analysis including enterprise level and client program area business analysis and modeling expertise; related business analysis tools,technology, processes, and methodologies; business analysis-related technical and business planning
software development life cycle, design, development and integration; database concepts; user interface design principles
knowledge of enterprise architectural concepts specifically in the area of business architecture
provide consultation and advice to senior cluster management and staff
client relationship management skills demonstrated through experience in business analysis
