This role presents a significant opportunity to define and shape the bank’s strategy related to QRM.
Typical Day in Role:
The POC will involve reviewing QRM across liquidity management, Asset and Liability Management (ALM), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), and Stress-Testing Interest Rate Risk (SIRR). Additionally, there will be an in-depth analysis of QRM’s analytics and reporting capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders within Group Treasury business functions to align QRM solutions with overall business strategies.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the QRM platform, including its features, modules, and functionalities.
• Engage with business units to gather detailed requirements related to liquidity management, ALM, FTP, and SIRR.
• Ensure that the QRM system implementation aligns with business needs and objectives.
• Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses for proposed QRM system changes or enhancements.
• Evaluate the potential return on investment (ROI) associated with implementing specific QRM features.
• Utilize your deep understanding of QRM to address complex business challenges.
• Identify improvement opportunities within the QRM framework and recommend enhancements.
• Support the implementation of QRM-related initiatives, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Candidate Must have skills:
1. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, recently in Group Treasury.
2. In-depth knowledge of the QRM platform and its capabilities.
3. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with QRM, including consulting, deployment, implementation, and support.
4. Expertise in Treasury areas, including liquidity management, ALM (Asset and Liability Management), and FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing)

Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
