Business Project Manager
Typical Day in Role:
-Managing projects under the Customer Onboarding and Authentication team
-Partnering closely with the digital product and cross-functional teams to define business requirements. Also, work closely with vendor BioCatch.
-Developing project trackers, rolling out plans and procedures and managing timelines
-Forecasting and managing the budget
-Preparing the cost-benefit analysis – To ensure the project processes are implemented properly
-Making presentations to project sponsors
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 10+ Years of experience non-IT, business Project manager – Preferably experience in banking and/or technology
2) 5+ Delivering technology and business application solutions on a large scale for big projects
3) 5+ years of experience Presenting to stakeholders (vendors, directors, VP+)
4) Expert knowledge of MS Office ( MS project, PowerPoint, excel, word)
5) 5+ years’ experience in banking
Nice-To-Have Skills:
-Experience with JIRA, and Confluence

-Stakeholder management
Best VS. Average Candidate:
The best candidate will have 10+ years of working in a bank on the business side but exposure to technology projects at a large scale.
Education & Certificates:
-Project management certification PMP preferred
-Agile certification is preferred
-Bachelor’s degree (not necessarily in Project Management)
