Typical Day in Role:
• Elicit and document business requirements from internal and external partners (Requirements Traceability matrix (RTMs), User Stories, Use Case, etc.) for onboarding and operationalizing Adobe marketing platforms (Adobe Customer data platform & Adobe Journey Manager)
• Map business processes and roles to activities (workflow diagrams, Responsible, Accountable, Informed matrix (RACI), etc.)
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
• Support change management for marketing platforms
• Support user prevision and management
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
2) 5+ years’ experience with onboarding and operationalizing SAAS platforms
3) 3+ years’ experience with system security requirements
4) 1+ years’ experience working with Adobe Experience Platform
5) 2+ years’ experience working with customer data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze – please list which)
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience working with Adobe Marketing platforms (specifically Adobe Customer data platform & Adobe Journey Manager)
2) Experience with microapps and Microservices architecture
3) Experience with WebServices- RESTFUL / SOAP (JSON)- OpenAPI, Node.js, databases (SQL, NoSQL), Kubernetes, Google Cloud platforms and OAuth2.0
4) Demonstrated expertise in system and platform security requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred – working experience more important
