Junior Digital Business Analyst

Typical Day in Role:
-perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications.
-Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
-Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers — -Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
-Supports one or more highly complex business processes
-Works on multiple projects as a project team member

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 2+ years of experience as a Technical/Digital BA in FI
2) 2+ years of experience managing a project end-to-end
3) Microsoft products knowledge (excel)
4) 1+ years of experience with testing (UAT, application testing, etc.)

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1)JIRA/Confluence
2) coding experience (SQL)
3)Adoble Experience
4)software troubleshooting experience

Soft Skills Required:
-strong organization skills
-ability to multitask and prioritize
-problem solving experience

Education:
Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in the Business Field
