Schedule Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hrs per week
Typical Day in Role / Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure application meets functional requirements.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and business teams to understand business needs, conduct gap analysis and requirements assessments as needed.
• Partner with Architecture on understanding the design and integrations.
• Create impact analysis document.
• Working with the scrum team to scope and estimate work.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
• Design test sets and automate where possible, including functional and non-functional testing, regression testing as well as performance testing.
• Be involved in the full life cycle of a project, responsible for producing actionable and complete specifications, writing, and maintaining Test Artifacts
• Continuously improve testing process, methods and drive adoption of best practices and standards
• Support the solution in production (as needed)
• Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Coach and train end users (as needed).
• Participate and run SCRUM Meetings (as needed).
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 5-7 years’ experience as a Quality Engineer
2. 2+ years’ recent experience with Salesforce CRM
3. Recent experience writing intermediate SQL queries (SoQL)
4. Experience in testing integrations with App exchange products in SF.
5. Financial industry domain knowledge.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
– Financial services experience is a plus
– Global Banking, Capital Markets experience is a plus

– Strong ability to work under pressure
– A ‘go getter’ personalities who can solve problems and think outside the box.
Best vs average: The ideal candidate will have very strong Salesforce experience. They would be a strong in Testing methodologies, who has significant experience with integration and enterprise level deliveries.
Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (logical reasoning) such as computer science, computer engineering or related field.
• Salesforce Certifications – Salesforce Admin is a plus
• Structure and Format:
– 1st round: Video interview, panel discussion (technical and behavioral), 45-60mins
– 2nd round: Interview with Director (as needed), 30 mins
• Hiring Manager’s availability to interview: ASAP
