Reporting Analyst – Junior

Responsibilities include:
– Processing software & hardware request tickets & managing the queue
– Creating purchase orders in Oracle HCM as required
– Working with other teams & vendors to ensure product is procured
– Running reports to harvest software information from disposed PCs
– Processing decommissioning request tickets
– Assist in managing the group mailbox
– Participate in IT Asset Management activities as required

Required skills would be:
•Advanced skills in Microsoft office (especially excel) is required
•Good communication skills are necessary
•Self-starter, motivated and results oriented collaborator
•Detail oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have an ability to find creative solutions
•Strong teamwork skills, but ability to work independently

Nice to have would be:
•ServiceNow experience
•Oracle HCM experience
•ITIL
•Asset Management Certification – there are various
