Senior Technical Analyst
Typical Day in Role:
• TELUS Exchange to be decommissioned and migrate users to O365.
• Support daily L2 tickets.
• Documentation of process.
• You will provide support for Unified Messaging.
• You will participate in Change Management for production deployment support.
• You will participate in Incident Management, Problem Management and support Audit activities for supported production environments.
• You will analyze issues, identify root causes and work towards fixes.
• You will support the bank in terms of legal and regulatory compliance requests.
Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
1. 5+ years of hands-on technical working experience with Windows Servers, Exchange Servers 2016 and O365 Server.
2. 1+ years of hands-on technical working experience with writing effective scripts using any type of scripting languages with a preference towards PowerShell.
3. 1-2+ years of working knowledge with Networking (protocols, etc.)
4. 1+ years of working experience with ServiceNow and MS Teams.
5. 1+ years of working experience with Active Directory and Group Policies.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Experience with Windows Exchange 2019.
• Previous experience working in a large institution.

• Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills with a range of technical & non-technical people like end-users, developers, stakeholders & management.
• Work well across many teams, geographies, cultures and environments.
• Strong organizational & prioritization skills to enable you to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Education:
• Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related IT field is an asset.
