Typical Day in Role:
• Lead the implementation of marketing capabilities with the objective of delivering personalized experience at scale by utilizing the Adobe Experience suite of marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with business, Product and Engineering to lead the development and continuous refinement of the overall product strategy and technology roadmap.
• Ensure the solution aligns with business objectives and expectations by delivering the intended value and at the same time adhering to organizational and industry standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to the creation of proof of concepts (POC) to test validated solutions.
• Oversee the team’s daily product activities throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of tasks into product backlogs.
• Drive proactive and reactive problem management across all delivery teams.
• Comfortable working in a self-guided manner with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own time efficiently, without direct input or oversight.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 10+ years of relevant experience in technical space, with 3+ years related work experience as a Technical Lead delivering marketing technology projects
2) 1+ year hands on experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing solutions with a focus on personalization, utilizing the Adobe Experience suite of platforms, with these 3 specifically required: Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Real-time Customer Data, and Adobe Journey Optimizer
3) 2+ years’ experience with data management including data modelling, data integration, and data governance.
4) 2-3 years of experience leading large-scale projects through design, build and implementation
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Proficiency in working with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Campaign.
2) Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Workflow
3) Experience working with Realtime, high availability and low latency systems.
Soft Skills Required:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Goal getter, who is able and interested in keeping up with the technical vendor capabilities
• Strong leadership skills
Education:
Post- secondary – technical field e.g. computer science preferred
