Typical Day in Role:
-Support end-user on completing system-specific steps,
– Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
-Facilitate instructor-led sessions on the new platform
– Develop and organize training materials that include procedures, work instructions, business process overviews, and other visual aids
– Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
– Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to develop training content.
– Assists with training assessment activities through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 3+ years related training facilitation and training development experience
2) 2+ years of experience with CRM systems (eg. Salesforce, SAP, nCino)
3) Previous experience in financial/banking industry
4) Microsoft Office proficiency (PPT, Word)
5) 2+ years of experience with Customer Support
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience with Articulate Storyline (or similar) an asset
2) Sharepoint experience
3)Banking Credit knowledge
