Being an QA at our client means:
• Takes the lead in quality, both its planning and execution through the various expert teams
• Establish the cross-functional testing strategy by involving the different teams
• Understand and validate the testability of business and functional needs
• Plan, prepare and execute tests
• Makes sure to challenge and participate in the prioritization of bugs
• Identifies, documents, communicates and manages anomalies, risks and potential impacts by providing reports or dashboards
• Strengthens the process or defines it if it finds shortcomings
You are the ideal candidate if you are proficient in:
• Masters quality assurance practices and its various strategies
• Relevant experience in stakeholder management and leadership
• Proficient in quality management tools such as JIRA XRay
• Good knowledge of technology ecosystems
• Already practiced tools like SoapUI, ReadyAPI, Postman
• Bilingualism English/French
A big plus:
• Knowledge of the contact center technology ecosystem
