The Scrum Master will be responsible for supporting and energizing two development squads, within a Safe train of 11 teams, to optimize their performance, achieve the objectives set, and eliminate obstacles and non-value-added tasks. He/She will play a key role in the organization and animation of Agile rituals and will ensure the health of the various artifacts (DoR, DoD, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Guide and support development teams to improve their productivity, while ensuring that objectives are met and inefficiencies and obstacles are eliminated.
Manage and maintain the quality of key artifacts such as the definition of entry (DoR) and exit (DoD) criteria while ensuring proper organization of ceremonies with the team.
Familiarize yourself with the strategic vision of the needs, opportunities, issues and problems to be solved.
Assist Product Owners (POs) in the management of the product backlog, in particular for its updating and prioritization.
Ensure, with the OP, that the progress of projects is clearly accessible to all stakeholders, in real time.
Foster fluid, open, and transparent communication between all team members and stakeholders.
Support the team in identifying and managing risks related to the delivery of solutions and the management of interdependencies.
Collaborate closely with business partners and support the OP (if present) in defining the vision and developing necessary improvements.
Encourage and promote the adoption of Lean-Agile practices and values within the team.
In a « project » context, support the PO and project managers in monitoring team and project performance, providing clear reports on their health and progress.
Desired profile
Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in computer science, management or any other relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the information technology sector.
Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Scrum Master, with a good command of the SAFe® approach.

Professional Scrum Master™ 1 (PSM I) or Certified Scrum Master® (CSM)
SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM)
Appreciated certifications:
Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM II) or higher
SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
