Typical Day in Role:
• Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements and turning them into use cases, business rules, user stories, sequence diagrams and process flows
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
• Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
• Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
• Directing day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits and communicate it throughout the team
• Create an environment in which your team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to risk and compliance
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 8+ years of previous experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Business Analyst, experience in large enterprise organizations, FI preferred
2. 1-2+ years of experience with planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement
3. Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of end-users.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1. Experience with any of these an asset (please list which): GTM-Tech and MarTech similar or comparable to Salesforce Data Cloud, Twilio, SAP Customer Data Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe (RT-CDP, AEP) MS Dynamics 365 Customer, and Dynamic Yield
2. Experience working with GTM Teams (Marketing, Sales, Data Analytics, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops etc.)
3. Experience with Jira/Confluence

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (technical or business fields)
