Capital Markets – Business Analyst

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Working to onboard new fund outs within the current environment
• Support with test cases and complete thorough documentation regarding findings/analysis
• Responsible for Monthly/Annual completion of current controls and working with teams throughout client to confirm data accuracy
• With regards to the Monthly Reporting they will be responsible for ensuring data is accurate and if needed submitting regulatory reporting to address errors and changes needed
• Based on the project’s trajectory there may be some need for data mapping
• Utilizing knowledge of collateral (lent vs borrowed) to address project concerns
• Work closely with SMEs to review production and how changes can be made to current processes
• Organizing calls with other teams and providing data interpretation quickly

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 8+ years as a Business Analyst
• 5+ years working in a Capital Markets environment
• Strong Documentation Skills
• Experienced in Excel (Pivot Tables/V-Loop Ups)

Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Experience with Bloomberg
• Prior Knowledge of 13 DG (Section 16) of US Regulations – Beneficial Reporting an asset

Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
