Typical Day in Role:
? Design and integrate customer segmentation, channel analytics, campaign optimizations and recommendation/decision engines to help elevate our customer’s experiences across various channels and move to a personalized 1:1 customer journey.
? Synthesize data across multiple platforms to identify trends and deliver key insights and business recommendations around a customer-first approach to driving engagement and results across our marketing channels and campaigns, to then bringing these recommendations to market through execution and measurement.
? Ability to validate and measure effectiveness of customer/channel/campaign strategies to continually make ongoing changes and improvements.
? Effectively communicate results of highly technical projects to stakeholders and deliver high quality, high impact analytical solutions to business problem
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, working with datasets, both structured and unstructured data
2) 8+ years’ advanced SQL skills (coding capability)
3) 5+ years’ experience with all or one of the following: SAS, Spark, Python (please list which)
4) 1+ year reporting experience with PowerBI
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Google Cloud, Hadoop, Big Data, Data Lake experience
2) Experience in Adobe Analytics be an asset
Soft Skills Required:
• Good communication skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Best VS. Average Candidate:
Python prioritized from Must Have#3 but all are OK; Adobe analytics – using output and see how it fits in the platform so if they have used it in the past as end user will be helpful but not necessary to be an expert
