Typical Day in Role:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, develop, review, and disseminate Compliance and AML-related information to stakeholders across the organization
• Support the development of internal communications including, but not limited to presentations, scripts, newsletters, documents, videos, and digital content, and townhalls
• Contribute to the planning and management of the department’s SharePoint site, to ensure content is timely and meets audience needs
• Monitor the effectiveness of change management and communication strategies to ensure continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 5+ years of experience working in a Communications role
2) Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word)
3) Strong oral and written skills in both English and Spanish
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience working in an FI
2) Experience working in a communications role within an FI or large, multinational organization
