Description
• Master the concepts and processes related to Identity and Access Management
• Have worked in the context of Sailpoint’s Identity IQ tool (or equivalent)
• Be able to understand and take charge of the end-to-end consumption of GIA services by the client’s various consumers (other services and applications).
• Contribute to the identification of dependencies and operational requirements to ensure quality and impactless delivery and deployments.
• Be able to popularize, diagram and document technological and business concepts (documentation, processes and diagrams).
• Contribute to the evolution of analytical practices within the team.
Prerequisite
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a field related to the industry
• Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience as an operational analyst or in the delivery of IT and/or cybersecurity projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High sense of customer satisfaction and a natural taste for collaboration
• Proven skills in analysis, synthesis and popularization.
• Knowledge in identity management and required access required
• Knowledge of the following tools and concepts are a big plus: Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, PAM
• Experience in Agile/SAFe methodology is an asset
• Fluency in French and English
