Story Behind the Need
Business group: Leadership
The leadership team is responsible for all the executive hiring and full time staffing changes across the bank. The team works closely with the HR team to manage the senior level leadership.
The Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides efficient and accurate support to Executive Talent Acquisition team. The Exec TA Coordinator will be responsible for providing support on executive level recruitment, independently prioritizing workload to ensure deliverables are consistently met within the agreed-upon timeframes.

Typical Day in Role:
•Arranging and scheduling interviews for executive-level interviews, and coordinating interview rooms and virtual meeting details as needed
•Liaising with internal Executive support teams and external Executive Search firms
•Tracking progress on executive-level searches
•Preparing interview schedules & materials in advance of interviews
•Managing and processing invoices in a timely fashion
•Providing updates to senior leadership in HR, as appropriate
•Managing Exec TA projects within stated deliverables
•Other duties as required
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 3+ experience in Talent Acquisition in Corporate environment
2) 3+ years of experience working with MS Outlook
3) 3+ years of experience with MS Products (Teams, Excel, PPT)
4) 2+ years of experience coordinating virtual/in-person meetings
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) recruitment coordinator/admin experience at one of the Top 5 Canadian banks
2) experience with LinkedIn recruiter

• Ability to work well as a team player and independently; proactive and flexible; adaptable to change; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Education:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent experience
