Typical Day in Role:
• Work with internal customers to understand and review the MFA requirements.
• Develop and review communication/training material for MFA rollout.
• Data discovery and tracking to support user migration for various solutions such as VPN and VDI.
• Develop rollout plans for user migration for various user groups.
• Work closely with end users to gather feedback and improve the MFA rollout process.
• Provide reports on MFA registration and rollout.
• Provide training to new users on the new MFA process.
Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
1. 8-10+ years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst.
2. 4-5+ years of prior experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) rollout projects.
3. Proficiency in IAM technologies and MFA solutions including Windows Hello for Business and Authenticator applications (Entra ID or similar products).
4. Experience in conducting training sessions for new users on the IAM system.
5. Excellent data analysis and organizational skills in maintain user migration data.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Advanced degrees or certifications such as PMP, CISM, CISSP, or CISA.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with common protocols used in Access Management.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop and review communication/training material and interact effectively with internal customers and end users.
• Strong ability to analyze MFA requirements, user feedback, and registration/rollout reports.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
Education:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is an asset.
