Typical Day in Role:
• Develop, track, and manage project budget, project WBS, timelines, and scope.
• Manage project resources, developing, motivating, coaching, and advising team members.
• Partner closely with other members of functional teams (business line, marketing, design, and
technology) to define business requirements.
• Define test plans and ensure that products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate the UAT process, developing rollout plans and procedures.
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses; ensure appropriate systems development and project
management processes are being utilized.
• Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.
• Attend meetings regularly, informing stakeholders and meeting with the team.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 3-4+ years of proven IT Project Management experience using Agile methodologies
2. 1-2 years’ + experience as a Program Manager – managing multiple IT initiatives
3. 1+ years’ experience with project management tools and software: Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite (please list which)
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Experience with developing UAT test plans
• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification
• Experience with Salesforce CRM implementation and improvement.
• CSM/Agile Certifications an asset

Education:
Bachelor’s degree, technical field preferred
