Senior Developer
What you will be doing:
·You will own your projects and drive them through to completion. This includes collecting necessary requirements, work with business stakeholders, prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and ensure that updates are provided in a timely manner.
·Design and develop solutions to streamline our processes.
·Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing automations.
·Listen to the customer to identify issues and build requirements.
·Support framework and help with installations and system administration tasks (ex: user/group, security permissions, group policies), research event-log warnings and errors and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly)
·Review the deployments and challenge the changes to enforce the quality and security of all automations.
·Create technical documentation.
·Work with vendors to enhance the architecture of our product.
·Work in a fast-paced environment in a smaller team where you will collaborate with teams across the company.
·Work on multiple projects at once with changing priorities and see it through to completion.
·As a senior member of the team, you will be leading by example by supporting our applications and team members.
·Promote the best practices in software development.
What you have:
·A degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent experience
·Minimum 5 years in Software development with Python and Java.
·Ability to solution complex problems
·Creative and effective decision making to solve problems/achieve results
·Strong database skills (SQL queries, design, optimization)
·Solid understanding of the Linux operating system
·Industry experience with DevOps and Agile architectures
·Knowledge of consuming and exposing web services (REST/SOAP)
·Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills
·Capable to work independently as well as part of a team
·Technical experience in Telecom (Wireless and Wireline networks) is nice to have
·Knowledge of RPA, Angular, Spring boot, ELK stack and Robot Framework are nice to have
